Greg is a long time zombie advocate and author of three books related to the zombie condition: Zombie Advocacy, Zombiconomics, and the martial arts study of Zom-Fu-Do, the Way of the Undead Man. Hill House was built in 1890 in Downtown Mineral Wells and over the years was used as a residence, brothel, and bootleg distribution center for the Baker Hotel. There are high levels of Paranormal activity in the house and around the grounds of the house.

Anomalistic study may be defined as the study of extraordinary phenomena of behaviour and experience, including (but not restricted to) those which are often labeled "paranormal." It is directed towards understanding bizarre experiences that many people have without first assuming a priori that there is anything paranormal involved. It entails attempting to explain paranormal and related beliefs and ostensibly paranormal experiences first in terms of known psychological and physical factors. Once the traditional explanations are exhausted, then whatever is left over, reveals itself as paranormal.
